The Piggybank Warranty

Our website projects come with a 2 week warranty.During this time we'll take all reasonable effort to make right anything you find wrong or "not quite right" with your website. We're aiming for "Delighted" with new websites, so we're fairly generous in what changes we'll make during this time.

After the initial 2-week warranty, you're still covered! If, at any time, you find a glitch in work that we've done, we'll fix it at no cost to you!

Under 5 Minutes And It's Free

If you ever have a question about your website, we're here to help, and if we can do it in 5 minutes or less, it's free! 5 minutes may not sound like a lot, but in reality well over half of all support requests can be handled in less than 5 minutes! We started the "Under 5 Minutes And It's Free" policy because we wanted our Customers to feel they could call us about anything without the fear of being billed everytime.

If it's going to take more than 5 minutes, then we bill in 15 minute increments at our standard rates: $87/hour for things like web design, development, training, copywriting, etc. and $47/hour for things like putting up content, sizing pictures, etc.

Email Our Ticket System Directly

Every customer issue, whether it's something broken, a "how do I" question or other request, is logged in our Ticket system which is monitored by the two owners of Piggybank Technology. This ensures that "things don't fall through the cracks".

You can create a ticket directly in our system. It's easy: Simply send an Email to help@piggybanktechnology.com and write up the details of your issue in the Email and it goes directly into our Support Ticket system.

And Of Course, The Phone!

We make an effort to answer the phone whenever it rings. Sometimes we're not here or are on the other line, but whenever possible one of us will answer the phone. We know it's a bit old fashioned, but we like it when we get through to real people when we need help!
