My personal experience during this period has been the sale of my house in TO. It took longer than anticipated to find a buyer, but there is always a buyer out there and I found mine. I didn't get the price I had in mind for my house but boy did I WIN BIG on the purchase of my new home! Mr. Buffet and Mr. Gingrich are correct...that's when I saw my profit!
