Recent Addition to our Portfolio: e-Commerce Website

InformedBoater.com is a web-based supplier of single-topic videos on all aspects of boating. We designed this site for Rob to sell his videos online, and to generate leads for his services to a global market.

Jennifer and Scott:
I was just reviewing how far we have come in just a few weeks.

From our decision to re-do our web site to the finished product, including uploading all of the videos and training Mary and  I to manage the site has been a delightful experience. It is a long time since I have been able to say ‘delightful’ and ‘web site’ in the same sentence.

Much of my corporate work is project management and customer service and working with the two of you has given me stories and positive examples of ‘how to do business’. You got to know us, developed a scope of work and timeline and then delivered everything on time and on budget.

I especially appreciate the time you took to educate us on what we could do with our web site and that you stuck to your convictions when we wanted to embark on a less effective route. Sometimes you have to tell the client you don’t agree. You did. We listened and we benefitted.

Mary and I are looking forward to growing with Piggybank Technology and have already mentioned you to a couple of other business acquaintances we have. Thank you for all of your work.
