We are currently looking for a "Web and Graphics Designer"

We are looking for an individual who is excited about the potential of the Internet, has a passion for website design, is a good person who wants to be part of a small, entrepreneurial team that is rapidly growing. You must be able to work on projects on your own and in the context of a team.

 You will work both from your home and ours:

• building and servicing websites for our Clients as well as in-house projects.
• handling customer service calls

 You will learn our unique approach to developing business-class websites with marketing intelligence built-in.

The ideal candidate will:

• be very strong with CSS web design
• have a good eye for basic business graphic design and be able to design attractive banner ads and leaderboards according to our marketing specs
• be very comfortable using the tools of a graphics design program such as Photoshop or Fireworks
• be good at following processes and documenting work

Nice to have:

• working knowledge of Joomla! and Wordpress applications including installation and templating
• familiar with light PHP scripting & script modifications
• familiar with Web 2.0 concepts and social networking on the Internet
• be somewhat familiar with linux web hosting, including cPanel applications (Email, MySQL)
• comfortable talking and communicating ideas on the phone
