Scott & Jennifer Gingrich

Scott & Jen are a husband and wife team and work from their home office in beautiful Barrie, Ontario. They own several businesses, including Piggybank Technology, The CRM Coach, and LadyBen. With Piggybank Technology, they are empowering other small businesses with the tools and tactics to take their businesses to the next level.

Meet Scott Gingrich

Scott has always had a passion for developing "best ways" to do things. Over the years, this passion has developed into a wealth of knowledge and insight that let's Scott see a few moves ahead in the game of Business.

Scott began his business and marketing education in the late 80's and in the early 90's when he saw the vast opportunity that would soon open for small business with the advent of the Internet. Coming to technology from a business background has been instrumental in shapping Scott's "business first, technology second" approach--an approach that has served him and his Clients very well.

Scott lives with his soul mate, business partner and wife Jennifer and their 3 kids in beautiful Barrie, Ontario. They have purposely chosen to be a home-based business (and work with their virtual team members) at this stage in order to maximize their family time and experience. As Scott says "Deciding to be a home based business means that our kids have both parents available all the time and that's important to us." 

Scott is known for his "Get Real" approach to helping small businesses leverage technology & strategy in their businesses. He's been featured in many national publications and on talk radio.

Scott's hard-to-find mix of business savvy, technology competence and understanding of people is a powerful combination for helping small businesses succeed:

• Business graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University
• Certified Master Practitioner of NLP.
• Marketing on the Internet since 1993.
• Entrepreneur since 1993. Currently owns three small businesses: LadyBen Classic Wooden Boats, The CRM Coach and Piggybank Technology.
• Authored books including: The CRM Survival Guide and Piggybank Websites which sell world-wide.
• Coaches companies across North America. 
• Has been certified on a number of CRM software packages, including: GoldMine, HEAT and Sage ACCPAC CRM.
• Long-time student of metaphysics; currently helping establish Unity Church in Barrie as President of the Steering Committee.

Scott has always believed that taking businesses to the next level is far more than simply "getting a website".  Scott's comprehensive approach includes working with people, processes and technology. 

Meet Jennifer Gingrich 

Jen is known for her "down to earth" approach to people, and is the detail person in the office. 

• Graduated Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Business degree
• Taken a number of advanced courses in Psychology.
• Certified Practitioner of NLP (NeuroLinguistic Programming)
• Home-schooled 3 children

Jen has always been part of the business and is a tremendous asset wearing several different hats.
